COACHING

Following an initial meeting with our Integration Specialist, clients are paired 1:1 with a trained coach who will meet with them 2-3 times a month, help them identify goals related to areas of their life that are unstable or need support, and work with them to break down barriers to accomplishing those goals.

MANNA CONNECT

Clients that want a deeper level of support and accountability may choose to join the Manna Connect program. Manna Connect is a personal development program that provides participants with community, coaching, and career skill advancement as they identify and overcome barriers to self-sufficiency and wholeness. Participants meet with their coach 2-3 times a month to engage in goal setting and identity development. They complete a career portfolio that increases their employability and can help them launch into a new career. Manna Connect participants build community each month on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday nights by engaging with each other and volunteer allies around life skill topics.

WELLNESS

Manna Community Wellness offers individual and family psychotherapy sessions with our staff clinician.  Our aim is to support the overall health and wellbeing of participants as they pursue their goals. The Wellness program accepts Colorado Medicaid and works with clients who are uninsured or have private insurance on a sliding scale. Clients who are interested in seeing if our clinician is the right fit for them should schedule an initial phone consultation at no charge.

PARENT CAFÉ

Parent Café is a welcoming space where parents can enjoy in a filling meal, engage in meaningful conversations, gain insights, and build connections with fellow caregivers. All caregivers are welcome to attend a Parent Café which meets the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays from 6-8 pm. Therapeutic childcare is provided for children up to age 12. Registration is required.
